To recognise, celebrate and add to our history, while behaving in a manner that reflects pride in our Club and ourselves. To give our local community something great to be very proud of.

• Support: attend matches of the club in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
• Presentation: (players) when on the field of play, display strong and positive body language and show that you are prepared and committed.
• Promote: be an ambassador for the club, share with your friends, family, neighbour’s, co-workers and classmates what makes us great.
• A force away: visit opposing clubs as an imposing and competitive club, while showing respect for the other club, their people and facilities.
• Online: social media is a great method of promoting our club, avoid using it for any negative comments or imagery regarding the club.

To show respect to every person and organisation (both internally and externally) that we interact with, and in turn, to earn the respect of others for all that we do as individuals and as a Club.

• Facilities: ensure all areas are left in a clean and tidy manner.
• Equipment: use equipment provided appropriately, ensure all items are secured and safe after training, matches and other events.
• “If they’re not their it’s not fair”: whinging, moaning or spreading rumours about fellow club members, especially if they are not there to defend themselves, is not fair.
• Umpires: umpiring stocks are limited and valued, treat them as you would your favourite club volunteer.
• Volunteers: our people have differing capacity to assist, show appreciation to all who donate their time, no matter how much it is.

To be a Club that is welcoming to supporters and stakeholders from every diverse background, and has a commitment to positively contribute to the Community.  To provide a safe and attractive environment to families in all their forms.

• Assist: support and contribute to other areas of the club, not just your patch. Be generous with your effort.
• Language: abusive language based on gender, race, religion or sexuality is not acceptable. Ensure everyone feels safe and accepted by our club.
• Be good hosts: welcome opposing clubs to our facilities with competitive respect.
• Share: our club is pretty special, invite others to also enjoy it.
• Embrace: treat the club community as your extended family. “Embrace Christies Beach, and Christies Beach will embrace you”.

• Prepare: ensure training sessions are attended, committing to improvement and excellence.
• Image: attend matches and other functions in the agreed club attire.

• Safe and fair: follow and promote rules and policies, encourage others to support our values and behaviours.
• Follow the plan: (players) follow instructions from coaches, embrace game plans and team rules.
